|Welcome to EUDET-type beam telescopes
Mimosa pixel telescopes originated from a EUDET project before 2010. The telescope was established to enhance the available test-beam infrastructure, which is necessary for detectors research and development in particle physics.
EUDET-type telescopes provide a high-precision beam tracking (~ 2 $\mu$m) and a sufficient event rate (at the DESY testbeam ~ 2 kHz rate) and an easy integration capability of a Device Under Test (DUT). Operated by the EUDAQ framework (generic DAQ framework) and analysed with EUTelescope (generic pixel telescope data analysis framework), EUDET-type telescopes offer the whole infrastructure for detector development from measurements till results.
EUDET-type telescopes at DESY
Driven by the community and the successive European-funded projects AIDA and now AIDA2020, the telescope's hardware components and software frameworks are still developing.

| Besides a documentation on the hardware, this wiki should help users to do measurements using EUDET-type telescopes: It is intended to provide all necessary information to get started (user manual including the DUT integration) and to provide help in case of known problems. The information is mainly related to the DATURA and DURANTA telescope which is operated at DESY.
